In 1987, Joe graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, as well as an Associates Degree in both Business Administration and Finance.  Joe grew up in the construction business and, upon college graduation, joined Kane Construction Company in Greenwich, Connecticut, as a Project Superintendent.

 

In 1990, he moved to Atlanta, Georgia, and became an Operations Manager for a security company and earned his electrical license in the state of Georgia.  In 1994, Joe became a licensed General Contractor in South Carolina and operated his own company building and remodeling high-end custom homes in Hilton Head, South Carolina.

 

Once he relocated to Davidson, North Carolina, in 1998; Joe continued to refine his craft in the luxury home business, as well as starting his career in the commercial construction world.

 

Since joining Prestige Building Company in 2002, Joe has concentrated on building several types of commercial construction projects including office buildings, assisted living residences, medical office and retail upfits, as well as several restaurants.  He is currently licensed as a General Contractor in both North and South Carolina.

 

Joe’s experience and personality help him in taking projects from conception to completion on time and within budget.  His attention to detail and ability to work with all types of individuals help make the building process an enjoyable one.
